The cattery is set on the edge of the lovely village of Hilgay, a peaceful area yet just 2 minutes off the A10. Downham Market, Kings Lynn, Ely and Wisbech are all easily accessible.
Claire comes from a family of loving cat owners and she recognises and adapts to suit each cat's individual personality. Her excellent interpersonal skills enable her to respond to the requests of the cats' owners with consideration to their needs.

We invite our customers to come and have a viewing before booking their cats in with us to ensure that you and your cat are completely comfortable with your forthcoming holiday arrangements.

The Cattery

Each family of cats has their own full height sleeping house (we have single, double, triple and family pens) each with thermostatically controlled central heating, providing an ambient temperature throughout the house. All houses have a vet bed fitted to the shelf and an outside run (with sneeze barriers) to get sun and fresh air.

Your cat will be fed the same diet you feed at home. Only the best quality wet food and biscuits are provided and prepared in our cattery kitchen. Adult cats are fed twice a day whereas kittens and seniors are fed according to their requirements. Prescription diets can be maintained during your cats stay but we request that you bring this food with you.

Medication and Hygiene

Claire has had experience with the RSPCA in Surrey whose Veterinary Practitioner trained her in the administration of both oral and injection medications. Should your cat fall sick Claire will take your cat to your vet if she feels the situation requires it - She will attempt to contact you first for your view. Hygiene is taken very seriously by us, wet food is fed in disposable bowls to avoid any cross-contamination, litter trays are cleaned out a minimum of four times a day and each pen is sterilised between guests with Trigene Advance which is a proper cat disinfectant.

And Finally
